CAREGIVERS:

All-inclusive caregivers are Certified Nurse Assistants or better with active CPR and Advanced CPR certifications. 

Private Certified Nursing Assistant hours are available at $25 per hour. 

Private Licensed Vocational Nurse hours are available at $50 per hour.

Private Registered Nurse hours are available at $100 per hour.

Private Nurse Practitioner hours are available $300 per wellness check visit (includes Myers Cocktail IV drip.) Virtual visits are available for $100 per visit.

All private packages have a 4 hour minimum except Nurse Practitioner Visit.

 

SHARED CAREGIVER PLAN:

There will be 1 caregiver to every 4 patients maximum. Depending on the procedures and surgery days post operation there may be 1 caregiver to every 2 patients.

Caretakers provide the following care:

Showering

Toileting

Mobility care

Wound care

Medication reminder

Pain management

Blood clot prevention

Drain management

Vital sign assessment

Laundry

Cooking

Light cleaning

Surgical garment assistance

Recovery education

 

TRANSPORTATION:

Transportation is included in all-inclusive packages. Transportation is available A La Carte or as an add on to lodging only rates. Your driver will arrive 45-50  minutes prior to your appointment time. We are not responsible for late arrivals. Caretakers will prepare you for your appointments up to 90 minutes before your appointment time.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT:

All-inclusive packages include the complimentary night free. All-inclusive services start the day of surgery. Check in is after 1pm. Check out is before 11am. If the apartment is available for an earlier check in you will be notified the day before. If your inbound flight is before 1pm you may enjoy the common amenity spaces until your apartment is ready. If you have a late check out your services end at 11am after lunch. You may wait in the lounge until your transportation arrives for the airport. There is a theater room, a resident lounge, a business center and a pool area where you are permitted to stay until your transportation arrives.

CANCELATION:

Deposits are non-refundable. 

ALL PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE YOU HAVE CHECKED IN. 

Early check outs will not be prorated. 

Clients may cancel penalty free minus deposit until 14 days before arrival. 

Guests will owe the full amount if cancelled inside of the cancellation period. 

Dates may be modified and postponed 3 times and at least 30 days in advance preferably.

Additional days may be purchased if dates are available. 

Stays canceled within 30 days are non transferable.

Stays canceled 31 days or more before check in are fully transferable allowing you to sell your recovery at your own pricing.

 

PAYMENT:

Half of the total stay is required to reserve. 

You may pay Zelle, Apple Pay, ACH, Venmo, and Paypal for your deposit. A 10% discount is available for full payment at the time of booking. All credit card friendly apps (Venmo and PayPal) must be sent as friends and family. For final payment, only Zelle and ACH payments are accepted. Payments must clear 14 days prior to arrival . All electronic payments must clear before check in. 

 

PARKING:

Valet parking is free for visiting guests. If you have private accommodations, you may request a garage fob to self-parking is unassigned. Please follow all signs in garage to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed cars and recommend valet parking.

OVERNIGHT GUESTS:

Overnight guests over the age of 18 must submit a background check. Non-surgical overnight guests only. Guests are only permitted to travel with children if a non-surgical overnight guest over the age of 18 accompanies the group. 

 

VISITING GUESTS:

Shared apartment post op accommodations:

No guests are allowed to visit in your recovery suite.

If you have guests you will be required to visit them in the residents lounge located on floor 9. 

Private apartment post op accommodations:

Up to four guests are allowed to visit in private suites at a time.

INTERNET:

High speed fiber optic secure internet access is available and FREE. Amenity areas have unsecured free wifi.

 

RECOVERY PRIVATE APARTMENT RULES:

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Please respect our building staff, caretakers, and other guests.

We have a no tolerance policy for abusive behavior. You will be verbally warned at first occurrence. Second will be written. Third occurrence you will be asked to leave without refund. We will do our best to help you find alternative recovery solutions but we are not responsible for rehousing you. Some incidents requires immediate removal if you threaten to harm building staff, caretakers, building residents, other guests, or yourself.

No smoking

No drinking alcohol

No parties/events 

Pets are not allowed (Inquire about our pet friendly accommodations. Breed and size restrictions. A pet deposit may apply.)
